Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Findums tool ("Service") provided by Goaffpro. By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Goaffpro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service ("User Content"). By submitting, posting, or displaying User Content, you grant Goaffpro a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such User Content in any and all media or distribution methods.

• Use the Service in any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm Goaffpro or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the Service, through hacking, password mining, or any other means.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Goaffpro, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (iii) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 day's notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
