These Garter Ties are used to secure the golf socks in place and are of Scottish tradition. They are optional as the socks can be worn and secured without these garter ties.  Made by one of Britain's premier tailors,  the socks combine traditional hand knitting skills developed over 200 years with the very latest knitting technology, to provide the best knee high golf socks available. During manufacture, from the careful selection of yarns to the final hand-finishing, our range of socks pass through many pairs of skilled hands, providing attention to every detail on every step of the craft making process, and thus ensuring that all of our finished socks are of the highest standard.
